TURNKEY PLANTS FOR ALUMINUM

In addition to supplying many turnkey plants within India for manufacturing Aluminum products like Sheets, Circles & Slugs from Aluminum Scrap, we have also Exported & Installed at site, entire Turnkey Plants abroad.

FIVE HIGH, HOT RE-ROLLING MILLS

We were the first to successfully Manufacture FIVE HIGH HOT ROLLING MILL run on Bearings & achieve commercial production in Re-rolling of Stainless Steel flats, directly to sheets. Not only did the mill provide tremendous reduction thus resulting to considerable savings in the Power Bills. Implementation of this concept helped us eliminate an Intermediate Annealing / Pickling required for Commercial Stainless Steel, widely used in the manufacture of Utensil Industry, in India.

NO TWIST MILLS

We have been the first to successfully manufacture No-Twist Mills in Tandem, for rolling of Super Alloys, Hard-facing Alloys, etc.

SPECIAL CONTOUR MILLS

We are the only manufacturers of Rolling Mills for Rolling of Contours such as Diamond Contoured Sheets. Also the wave contour such as "~~~~~" contoured sheets are a special requirement in Heat Exchangers used in Power Generation Plants like BHEL, etc. It involves different Radii, Pitch and also certain requirements are in angular fashioned contours on the sheets. We take pride in being able to achieve the same via Rolling.

SHAPED WIRES - HALF ROUND SECTION

We have supplied many Standard & Odd Sections like Half Rounds (D-Shape), Squares, Triangles, Rectangles etc (also with Sharp Edge) in High Carbon Steels for manufacture of Mechanical (Engineer's) Files to almost all Indian manufacturers of these Mechanical Files. The Half round section developed by us for M/s. J K Engg.'s Files ( Now J K Files & Tools Ltd. ) to develop an Import Substitute, as they required sharp edges at the corner of the Half Round (Pitsaw) Files. We had then maintained an unmatched consistency for the Tight tolerances, in rolling the Profiles developed for them.

SHAPED WIRES - TRAPEZOID SECTION

In addition to the above. we have developed a special Trapezoid Section for mfg. Sieves of Sinter Plants for Coal. The sieves of the sinter plants require to be in a trapezoidal shape to enable the small unused coals to be sintered and re-used again. Earlier each long sieve made of AISI grade 410 of Stainless Steel had to be individually milled, resulting in excessive waste of the expensive material, months of production time & lots of labor work.
